Emmitt is growing at an amazing rate! At least that is how it feels to me! He just had his 2 month doctors visit. He now weighs 11lbs 2 ounces. He is pretty much across the board in the 50th percentile for weight, height, and head circumference. He is a very healthy guy. He continues to enjoy his play place and now can grab at the hanging toys. He had his first laugh this past Sunday afternoon- wow was it sweet! Here are some pictures- all pretty random. We took the BOB out for a stroll this past week and LOVE IT! I also did an at home photo shoot to get a picture for his birth announcements (I know I am a bit late). Mostly though the pictures are just of one SUPER DUPER cutie we love. Hoppy Easter ( is it motherhood that makes me say ridiculous things like that?)!

So, it has been awhile since we posted- our apologies to those who needed a fix a few days ago. After all the family left it seems we have been lazy with the camera. For the past couple of days we decided we needed to get back on the picture taking train before our little boy grows up. It seems every day he is bigger, stronger, more alert, active, engaged, and fun. Emmitt LOVES his play place where he can swat at the dangling toys (thanks McAndrew family). Emmitt also enjoys spending time in the kitchen watching Kevin or I- mostly I think he likes the lights. Today he is 8 weeks old and just about the sweetest guy you have ever met. His smile will knock your socks off- as you can see. Here are some pictures we have been taking over the past couple of days, mostly of his smiles which are totally addictive. Happy St.Patty's day!

The weather has been beautiful in Seattle- sorry all you El Nino suckers. This was a trip to the Boat locks with Grandpa Bob and Grandpa Larry.

The next few are a Grandpa Bob Emmitt series
Grandpa Bob, Emmitt, and I took an adventure to the Whidbey Island Mussel Festival. Along the way we passed the Daffodil fields- beautiful!
Okay, not so great of me- the sun was in my eyes. What is important is that it is Emmitt's first Baby Bjorn trip to the Arboretum! He slept the whole time.
Emmitt's little friend, Paci
Emmitt's Grandpa Bob took many wonderful pictures while visiting. I stole them for the blog.
ENJOY!
